1KFG is pleased to announce the public release of the genome of Pseudovirgaria hyperparasitica CBS 121739 P. hyperparasiticais part of an unclassified group of Dothideomycetes (Ascomycota; Dothideomycetes) and its phylogenetic position will be evaluated as part of phylogenomic analyses in the 1KFG project.
1KFG is pleased to announce the public release of the genome ofTothia fuscella CBS 130266 T. fuscellais classified in the family Microthyriaceae (Ascomycota; Dothideomycetes;Microthyriales), and is currently the first completed genome for the family and one of two targeted – the other is Microthyrium microscopicum which is nearing completion at JGI as well.
